• Local Service and Support: We recognize the importance of assisting our clients with claim errors, rejections and payer specific edits in a timely fashion. If necessary, we will contact the insurance companies or your software vendor to resolve problems.
• Proven Performance: We are a Select Trading Partner with Ohio Medicare, Medicaid and Anthem BC/BS. We are an Official Partner with Emdeon, formerly known as WebMD. We encourage you to contact our clients for additional references.
• Cusomized Interface: We offer custom edits and programming to accommodate different medical software systems. We work with numerous software vendors and can accept either a HCFA print image, NSF format, or ANSI format. Some of the vendors we currently work with include: PCN, Calyx, MicroMD, Medisoft, G2 Software, EZ-Biz, InPhase, ChiroTouch, Lytec, Versatille, TGI, and Healthpac.
